Cake Flavours & Serving Suggestion



Chocolate Sponge
Dark Chocolate Sponge 
Vanilla Sponge 
Lemon Sponge

Vanilla buttercream 
Chocolate buttercream 
Strawberry buttercream 
Lemon-orange buttercream
Bailey's buttercream *with alcohol*
OTHER suggestions are welcomed (you can have variations of coffee, hazelnut,  chocolate mint, Oreal, etc)
(Not so sweet Swiss meringue buttercream is used)
Other type of filling: Chocolate ganache

Fondant (sugarpaste covered cake, with thin layer of dark chocolate ganache below)
Buttercream (depending on the design requirements, vanilla is commonly used to achieve more colour variations)
Chocolate ganache (taste so good!)

4 inch - 500gram+ - serve 5 to 8 pax
6 inch - 1kg+ - serve 8 to 12 pax
8 inch - 1.5kg+ - serve 12 to 20 pax
10 inch - 2kg+ - serve 20 to 30 pax
